I purchased a Iver Johnson IJ800-28 double barrel shotgun and took it out to the range to do some clay pigeon shooting only to be disappointed that regardless of which barrel is selected to fire first, only the left barrel will fire. As someone who doesn't have a lot of money this was a huge blow to make a large investment like this and have a gun not work out of the box brand new. It's an inconvenience to send a product back to the manufacturer for repair or warranty work when it should have been done right the first time.

God forbid something goes wrong with your purchase and it has to be returned, because they charge a 15 percent restocking fee, but the kicker is they also get you on the shipping, which is well over double what they charge to ship to your FFL. Wouldn't recommend them.

This online merchant is NOT an honorable business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I was shipped a pistol which I ordered online, and they removed one of the magazines due to a limit in my home state. Fair enough. That was mentioned in their online policy. However, and this is VERY important, I made it abundantly clear after picking up my gun from the local FFL that the FFL would accept the higher capacity magazine and convert it to a legal one in my state. They told me to tell G4G to ship it to them, as they accept these higher capacity magazines routinely and do the conversion kit. I didn't realize this was an option, but I very politely passed this information along to G4G. Their response was just a screen shot of their online policy. I understand the policy, but I reiterated that my FFL is a legitimate gun store/indoor shooting range/gun smith shop, and they can accept the magazine and convert it to a state-legal magazine. I received no response. I am also a retired veteran, and G4G knows that. I consider them keeping my second magazine STEALING, and that is NOT HONORABLE!! Their policy states they will not supply replacement magazines. Again, fair enough. I wasn't asking for a replacement. I firmly asked for the magazine that I PAID FOR, and they just ignored me over and over again. If they keep my magazine and then re-sell it, they have both stolen from me, and then profited from the stolen merchandise. That is literally criminal!! Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this company that will steal from and then ignore a paying customer, and military veteran!
