Amazing high quality reliable products…
Amazing high quality reliable products with great pricing that allows me to pass that savings down to my customers or better profits. Always leading with the newest technologies. Customer support and tech support is always there to work with you. They are knowledgeable of all their products they sell in very clear understandable voice. Everyone reminds you as if you was speaking to a friend. I been with them for over 10yrs I never have a had a complaint. I own a small company but they always make you feel you are their priority. Always A+++ experience!

Excellent sales and service
The sales rep Luke has been outstanding from the start. He answered my questions, took care of our non-profit tax exemption, and got the products together quickly for me while I waited. We are fortunate to be in the same town, so it didn't have to be shipped. The equipment is outstanding quality and very easy to set up. We're very pleased and intend to buy more.

Rapid replacement of warrantied camera…
Rapid replacement of warrantied camera (water seal failure, moisture entering). Straightforward RMA process for return. (15 other cameras for that particular installation are performing well, this was just one of those occasional glitches)

Customer service tag team
Called in after 4pm with an order I really needed the next day. Charles took it and got in touch with Luke right away and he got it out before ups came.
