Absolute unresponsiveness, irresponsibility and outraging lack of competence. They failed to properly setup passport delivery for my application. They had to do it beforehand, on the day of interview I sent them 3 (three!) emails to make sure they're aware and wouldn't forget to arrange passport delivery, still they answered me only on the second day that it's not possible to make changes in the delivery anymore and now I have to make a 8hrs trip to get my passport on a working day once it's ready. The funniest part: I checked myself and was able to arrange passport delivery. They simply lied to me, that changes are not accepted anymore. Didn't get responsibility and apologize afterwards as well, only arguing. Terrible experience. They failed everything they could and a little more. I would have much smoother overall process without them. Unfortunately, I had to experience to get to know this. Hope my review will help someone to avoid this trap.

My rating would be lower if the customer support wasn't so great. The website's questions aren't always clear and there is no help function. For example, the questionnaire askd for departure date; is that the date I'm leaving the visa country? I played it safe and entered the date I needed to receive the visa before leaving the USA a month early. Uploading pictures from my android phone requires a file type to be typed in. Documented nowhere is the fact that only two types are allowed: other and passport. I suspect the questionnaire was intended to have a pulldown menu that allowed me to chose "passport" or "other". The form requires a issue and expiry data for my passport photo before I can proceed to the next page. Why? What date should I enter? Cookies are not individually managed so I couldn't decline having my data sold. I finally dugout my PC and the website worked better under windows.
