I paid almost $1,000 for help getting my children new passports. Because there was a simple discrepancy with my son's name, before even trying, the head of passport advisory services (Boris) told me he couldn't help me/I was on my own and refused to refund any of my fees. He almost seemed excited to tell me this. This felt like pure theft. Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Will never recommend this company or their services to anyone. Buyer beware.

i wasn't sure about this company at first. But as I went through the process I became more and more confident that they were on top of things and would be able to stick by the dates they promised. In fact, my wife and I got both our passports a week earlier than the dates they originally gave us. So with that, that deserve a good review!
