Support was helpful, and steered me in the right direction. Definitely trust them when they recommend a size, even if you have anxiety about it not compressing enough. It will do exactly what it’s supposed to. The binder is exactly what I needed, flattens in the way I wanted, and is comfortable enough to wear all day
