Shipping time was great, product works well, and it came in discreet packaging! Not many companies do discreet packing so I appreciate it!

Finally something that works for someone with bigger chest! I'm still not 100% flat but its flat enough to pass and eases my dysphoria, works better than binder I've tried before :)

It fits and it works for my child. He is happy about it so I am a happy mom!

Great experience

Easy to order. Both items were preorder so we knew there would be a delay. Once they had been dispatched we were kept informed and they were delivered promptly. Would definitely be first choice another time.

They answered in a timely manner and were very kind when asked a lot of questions!

I followed the sizing chart and ordered my binder according to the recommended size and it turned out incredibly loose. Even if it was the right size, the materials felt cheap and like they’d degrade very quickly. I would have exchanged it for a different size, but according to their return policy the item has to be unworn in order to qualify for an exchange. How am I supposed to know I want to exchange the item without trying it on? Overall I’m super disappointed with Fytist and wouldn’t recommend them at all :(
