Got trash service again. I previously used PeterMD, a local TRT clinic and a urologist for TRT. Fyre Body is the worst provider I used. It seems the website, doctor, pharmacy and staff do not coordinate with each other. Initially I ordered the TRT service, Enclomiphene, Viagra , Cialis and an anti estrogen. I told the doctor I was previously taking 200mg or testosterone cypionate from the previous providers I used. He approved me but only sent the order in for 80mg a week. The stuff never shipped. I waited two weeks to to find out nobody sent the order to the pharmacy. So I waited another week or so after contacting customer support and they financially mailed just the TRT. After waiting around two weeks again I kept contacting customer support for the lose dose to be increased as well as the products I ordered. Finally the products came. During a follow up for a refill the doctor did not refill because I did not have any new labs. The company never asked about any new labs. I even tried to order the Trt monitoring labs and the website doesn’t let you check out. Basically the patient portal is just a chat room. Their is not any follow up reminders , order status page or anything like that. Nothing is coordinated.

FYRE Body took $640 of my money and 38 days later I am left with no medication. I have had to repeatedly reach out to customer service. I was assured that there was no cause for delay and that they would overnight my order. Over 3 weeks later since that promise and nothing. Now he is saying that he doesn't know what the issue is. I was asked to provide assistance in resolving the issue after all of that. As a customer I am unable to help a company that does not know what the problem is themselves. I know what the problem is and it's FYRE Body. Caution advised in using this company for your healthcare needs as your health may suffer. They knew I was running out of 2 different medications and did not care when I eventually did due to their extreme delays. They owe me my order and should make up for their wrongdoings. Sadly I will be forced to consider this as fraud at this point 38 days after placing the order if it is not resolved in the next day. I am so distressed by this horrific customer experience. I don't need any more false promises. I simply need what I've paid for, my $640 order.

Seemed a little difficult and time consuming to get started

Two stars because you eventually do get what you ordered. The order process isn’t terrible, the intake form and scheduling is antiquated. The communication is awful. Telehealth takes 24 hours at least usually to respond. You can get a response in literal minutes with their competitors, for essentially the same price. I end up needed to message them for them to even acknowledge my additional orders, and they act surprised that I placed a new order. Overall not happy

Imagine being a patient with a service for over a year, have clinical improvement, then have your medication slashed 60% over night. When you voice your concerns, they simply send you an email stating they are cancelling your subscription. BLATANT PATIENT ABANDONMENT! If you have a similar event, PLEASE, report them to your State's Medical Board.

Frustrating experience. My doctor approved me for two prescription options, but there was confusion over what actually got sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy then requested labs for a prescription that was neither option, and I had to do a second doctor visit just to resend it. Customer service is slow to respond, if they respond at all. My emailed concerns got a cold, one-sentence reply that answered nothing. The portal only offers messaging. No pharmacy status, no treatment plan. A month after paying $400, I still have no prescription. It feels like they got their money and stopped caring.
