FYIPlanetReviews of fyiplanet.com

Customer service has been good so far. Product was shipped timely. Fleece blanket we ordered does not look like picture. Picture shows full grey color on in front. Received a blanket with a big white border on front. Not at all the look we wanted. Would like info on return and refund please. Thank you.

I received my product and it was in good condition. However, future buyers should be aware of a couple of things. First, customer service was weak. Their is no phone number provided (COVID as a lame excuse) and the email they provide got bounced back to me multiple times, so it took over a week, and multiple attempts, to get a response. Second, the pictures on the website for the size of the prints is VERY deceiving. I purchased a 3P 38x18, and the picture on display shows three large panels behind a couch making it seem very clear that each panel would be 38x18, which is what I wanted. But if you read the fine print, all three panels total to 38x18. The website does state this, so its not false advertising, however the pictures are clearly not to scale and really do deceive the viewer to thinking they are getting canvas art that is bigger than what it is. Just be aware.

happy to report this issue has been resolved--item received. I had emailed asking about the status of an order, and the email was returned, "permanent fatal errors -- mailbox unavailable -- User unknown". but several days later I did receive a reply, and evetually my order as well.

I'm giving 3 stars because their email address came back several times as not recognized by the server. I was trying to get a question answered and could not. Their phone number was not listed because of covid (???). I feared I had been scammed, but the piece I ordered eventually came and I am happy with it. They are just impossible to get in touch with.

Only delivered on 2/3 of order. They have no phone number to call and their contact email does not work. 1/10/2022 In their reply to this review they mentioned message must have gone to their spam box and to resubmit the email and they will make sure they get it. However, I have submitted it several times since then and keep getting this message: "Your message wasn't delivered to ___ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." 1/19/2022 The blanket arrived. I don't know if was simply incredibly late or because of the review but I suspect the latter since the first shipment of pillows also indicated that the blanket was supposed to be with them.
