I ordered a lower fence than I needed and wanted to cancel the order 3 hours later. The rep said they could not cancel it as it already shipped but said they would do an intercept. Well this as a lie. Now I'm getting a fence I can't use which I in good faith tried to cancel. It will cost more to ship this back than what I paid for it. Never doing business with this company again.

Ordered on May 5, got an email on May 6 that label was created. Now on May 9 I got an email asking for a review of my product that was delivered, but my product has NOT been delivered & the tracking still just says label created!

These are not fences, they are overpriced dog pens. It's on the box. The stakes are only 2 inches longer than the panel. I had to spend $171 on stakes that were long enough to hold up the panels because they refused to send me long enough stakes.
