Worst VPS company, they are not true on what they are saying on their website. They said that admins don't have access inside clients VPS but they have, they even altered the settings of my EA on my Forex VPS and cause a huge lost. They event taunt clients on their Skype support. NEVER NEVER NEVER TRUST this VPS Company, it is worst and you will just lose money on their worst service.

I tried getting latency information from them but instead of giving them information from MT4 terminal they gave it from CMD, I requested them to give me screenshot from MT4 because it never matches with CMD latency and they refused. All other VPS providers transparently give you information from MT4 terminal because that is what matters when you trade forex. So the latency information from CMD they provided showed 1ms latency. I asked what if latency on MT4 is over 2ms. If it is under 2ms I will keep it and if not I will return it. They advised that there is no trial and they don't change on pro-rata basis so if the latency in MT4 even 4, 5 or 10 I will have to pay for 1 month. This is a disgusting service. Update: I went ahead and signed up to their service when they convinced me that information they are providing is real and they have been true to cusomters. Anyway when I got my VPS I installed MT4 right away and I was surprised to see that the latency to my broker server wasn't anywhere close to what they told me earlier. It was coming up close to 4.5ms consistently. I told them within 15 minutes that this is not suitable for scalping and I will lose money if I use it. Then came all the justification as oppose to fake we are true to customers attitude. They started telling that upto 6ms delay is acceptable, that my broker is using delay plugin and you are not advanced trader so you don't understand. I got clear MT4 screenshot from other providers who were actually being very transparent. I had a feeling that they were not confident of their product and service, they didn't provide you the real latency from MT4 platform, there is not trial and they don't charge on pro-rata basis. So essentially they know their product and service is crap, customers won't stay with us for much longer then why not just make them pay for the whole month for useless service and in the end they aren't going to stay anyway. Such terrible company. Update2: Because I posted a review they have removed my VPS but kept service active so that they can keep on chanrging me. What unethical business practice they have.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a VSP provider. Been trying to cancel my membership by contact them via an email ( got a message saying such email address doesnt exist, tried whatsapping them and after a brief 'Hello' for ignored, reached out on the website's live chat and waited for hours to get any sort of reply.) Anyways, I still dont know whether my membership is cancelled or not but trust me dont waste your time and money on this.

I ordered a Forex VPS and even after 12 Hours there is no response from them nor the VPS nothing. There Live Chat does not work, nobody is answering. I don't know if they are scam or what but my experience with them is bad. my Advise, if you are on schedule or don't have days to spare then don't buy any service from them.

Here is why you should NOT choose Fxsvps: - Very slow and unstable VPS service - Charged me double 2 times and don’t want to refund. - Terminated my VPS 2 times because of overload - Charged my account 2 weeks before the period starts - Don’t want to cancel VPS service at next due date but have stolen payment for an extra month 14 days before the period starts, which is against their cancelling policy. - Don’t want to refund payment when they have charge for 2 extra months - Don’t expect any form of refunds especially not to your creditcard. - Support some times dont answer This is the worst VPS service I have used. I have at the moment 2 VPS services and they are both incredibly slow. I have now cancelled both VPS services and got a new VPS service at Contabo which is cheaper and really fast. I have now 13 MT4 demo accounts and 2 live accounts running without problems, my Fxsvps account to same price couldnt handle 2 demo account without getting extremly slow and some times unavailable. Fxsvps would not let me cancel my VPS to the next due data (as their policy says) but they have charge me for an extra month, that I can't get refunded. I have had lots of problem with the VPS. I use it for Forex account, and I have both a Cheap Forex VPS and a Best Forex VPS but they can both only handle 1 or 2 accounts. Fxvps have terminated me 2 times because the CPU was overloaded. -------------------------------------------------------- Update 19-05-2021 Because of my review here at Trustpilot, Fxsvps have yesterday closed and deleted both my VPS-services and I have asked them to open the VPS-service again, but they would not open them. I wrote that I will write this at Trustpilot and report it to the police. After that, they have now deleted all my correspondence I have had with Fxsvps in the support area, because they dont want me to have evidence. I can only say... dont get a VPS at Fxsvps. You can get a much faster at stable VPS elsewhere. I have now a VPS through Contabo which is super fast and stable. 4 vCores, 8 GB RAM & 200 GB SSD. This is their cheapest VPS, but I can really recommend this because it is cheaper and much better than Fxsvps. I guess every VPS elsewhere is faster and more stable than Fxsvps. I haven't seen a VPS so slow as Fxsvps. ------------------------------------------------------------- Update 02-06-2021 Fxsvps have charge me 17.99$ again for the second time after I have cancelled my VPS. I have canceled my VPS long time ago but they still charge me. When I cancelled my VPS, they wrote that they have cancelled my card information and that I therefore have no need worry, but I was a lie. I have now deleted my Paypal so I hope it will help. I have tried to contact them, but they have deleted my login account and at the chat they would not write to me. Stay away from Fxsvps. I guess most of the Fxsvps Trustpilot reviews is fake because nearly all the users only have given 1 review. It is a typical sign of fake reviews.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. First of all they place your VPS wherever they wish, you are paying 16.99$ a month but you can't choose your VPS's address. Secondly, after they placed my VPS in CANADA, from all places (a FOREX vps provider hosting VPS in Canada, ok...) the VPS is always shutting down and when I open tickets they take several hours, if not days to answer, and they answer with "Team is solving it". I have an EA that needs to be running 24/5, that's why I need the VPS, the EA auto adjusts itself to the market conditions, but this provider thinks it is a good service to shut down the VPS for no reason (at least nothing was said to me regarding the issue). I highly discourage you from buying any service from this company, the service and also customer support is absolutely awful.
