FX ReplayReviews of fxreplay.com

L’application est super bien faites pour backtest, avec des stats intéressante. Lorsque j’ai eu un problème pour me connecter, j’ai envoyé un mail, et le jour même le problème était réglée et avec un mail de réponse. Vraiment top je recommande

fast response, fast fix Much appreciated

I had an unexpected subscription renewal and reached out to FX Replay for help. Sebastian Patzi assisted me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He responded quickly, was incredibly understanding, and handled everything smoothly and professionally. He processed my cancellation and refund right away, which truly helped me out. It’s rare to get support that feels this human and kind. Thank you so much, Sebastian, your service was outstanding. FX Replay is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

Vivek was awesome, solved my problem as quickly as possible, even responding on a weekend to help get the job done

Just like a trader, this company has put in the serious work! I’ve been with them since nearly the beginning, and they’ve improved their service year after year — adding more helpful analytics and making chart replay smoother. On top of that, they’ve always treated me well whenever I had issues with my account or charts. Thank you, FX Replay, for your business and dedicated work. I’ve been trading for many years, and honestly, if I had started my journey here, I wonder where I’d be today!

The software is an amazing tool to test trading strategies. I love that you can backtest days, weeks, months all in one sitting. The analytics are great too. FX Replay also has great customer service, quick response times, and solutions. I was recently assisted by Vivek and was very pleased. I'd recommend this software to all traders.

i had a really complicated issue/bug where i was pretty much locked out of my account (caused by my own stupidity) and Sebastian from the support team helped me for like a whole week on email going back and fourth, he was so kind and i could tell he genuinely was trying to help. i’m now back in my account and i can get back to testing. this was genuinely the best customer service i’ve ever received, this is exactly what true customer support should be like. absolute legend Sebastian hope you get a pay rise mate 🙏🏽 thank you so much.
