customer service is excellent, very prompt in responding, and product is so far the best.

They're legit AF, i been ordering from them for about a few years now I have received every order except for one and the reship never made it to me but thehy did send it I had tracking and everything, try ordering anywhere else even of the vendor is honest you still will only recei e maybe 1/3 of packages ordered, I trust these guys, they definitely got a stragegic advantage over other vendors as well, the location they ship from is tottally under the radar which is why their delivery rate is so good. Dont spend money anywhere else, these guys are a sure bet, average delivery time is 7 days if you get the premium shipping, I would get premium no matter the order size, it now seems to have full tracking updates even after it hits the United States now. Oh yeah I did tell them I was going to write them a review when my pack made it today other than that I have not been paid or bribed for a glowing review, they deserve it.

FX has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The items in question were packaged in a way as to be protected from any outside disturbance, were a little slower than previous packages, but arrived in a fairly smooth amount of time. My only wish would be the ability to order in bulk. It's been a fantastic working experience and I would highly reccomend them to any research laboratory, or up and coming science enthusiast. I will be doing much more business with them in the near and far future.

Everything has always been spot on. They made a mistake on one order and sent the wrong order. I got ahold of them and they corrected the mistake no questions asked.

Been using FX since May of last year and have had a lot of mixed feelings about them. Orders never showing up, money lost, etc. However, when it did show up which is 75% of the time I was always extremely satisfied. Packaging was done well, the product was of excellent quality, and the quantity on point or a bit over. Yep, sometimes I was just so happy. Well, then they ran out of my choice Cathione and everything stopped completely. It was a good couple of months for sure that things dried up completely. An email arrived eventually and they had it in stock again. New higher prices but available. I attempted my order on Dec. 2nd and received it on Dec. 13th. Quite impressive! On Nov 24th I asked for a reship (which is 1/2 ) on an order that was intercepted in customs from way long ago before they were out. I asked them to now honor that reorder and they said sure. I expected it to be here on the 3rd or 4th of Dec. Guess what happened in the fine state of Utah on December 4th? FBI raided Homeland Security and busted two agents who were selling the stuff to an informant who eventually turned on these agents and took down their whole operation. I was investigated back in April of 2024 and the man who got busted was the same man who sat on my living room couch. He acted all nice and just wanted to know exactly how I got tracking and things of that nature plus tell me that I could not do it again and he said if you do just don't get caught by me? The news said these dudes profited at least $150,000 to $300,000 since October a year ago. They found $67,000 in cash in one of the officer's homes. It's my guess they made a whole lot more than they are saying as well! I must say dealing with FX now I have had extremely great service and even feel like the boss and I have grown to respect each other. It is seriously now my belief all the packages I never received were stolen by this agent all along and FX was doing their part. I researched several other companies during the dry spell and always found something that just didn't sit right with me so just forgot the whole ordeal. FX told me they were back in business and shouted HOLY MOLEY and took the leap of faith, once again and have been miraculously satisfied. Praying things never dry again. So if you are leery about giving them a shot again I say by all means do it! Sincerely, TB Utah I

HONESTLY READ THIS. I made a mistake by underpaying 1 BTC SAT. I made an extra payment to fix the problem, but it was already in the blockchain. So I contacted the the BOSS and he requested the transaction IDs for confirmation. When I woke up this morning I had a "your order completed" email and my package is now on it's way. The BOSS went out of his way to fix the problem and did. FX is honest and does not cut there chems. Honestly any other vendor would have taken the money and ran. I appreciate an host business man.
