I have ordered from this company over 15 times and i would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for chemical products. When there was an issue it was handled professionally. The only issue i have is sometimes it takes days /weeks to hear back from them but once you do they compensate you for what u have lost...

My team and I are super satisfied with the product. By far some of the best and easiest to test. Havent seen any negative reaction so far. The ordering process is easy and straight forward. Delivery takes a little bit longer than other companies that ship from Spain and up to now any customer service issue that we've brang to their attention has been acknowledged and taken care of in a quick and professional manner. The ordering process was very easy to do, I was able to get my chems. In addition, the customer service is stellar and a pro. Refilling my chems, getting reminders, providing options ... all things made extremely simple to accomplish. I'm happy getting my chems from carl meds.

6 OUT OF 7. I just barely seem to have lost my first package. I understand that the police are a pain in the butt here, buy they wouldnt even listen to me that they might have possibly made the mistake. But other than that I have had nothing but great service, quallity of product, and fair pricing from this company. Even though my last one seems to be lost, i will still order from them again.

Have had most of the packs land the last 2-3 seem Mia and little response. Hoping it’s just stuck up somewhere but seems like something else is going on. Pretty fantastic product when it does arrive. Worst thing I’ve had to deal with is them not sealing the envelope not sure how that happened but I never got a response on the matter either. Is what it is I get mistakes happen but you know. Is what it is. Packaging/stealth could be a bit better but I get why it’s minimal but certain things could definitely be improved.
