I want to be clear that this company is not a scam. They are working with me to get our accounts in the right vehicles, and they do respond to my Slack posts. The outcomes are not there yet. On July 23, this company had a rep present to me a plan for us going forward. This plan was tailored specifically to my situation. I will implement the plan according to shared ideas, and we'll evaluate the results. So far, my experience with Future Hedge has been one of drawdowns and losses. I have statements to support my claim. The company claims its bots are profitable and presents charts and performance graphs to support those claims, but I have yet to see any profits in my own account. About two weeks ago, I switched algorithms after experiencing a disastrous trade that caused significantly more drawdown than what Future Hedge initially represented. Unfortunately, the relationship got off to a bad start from the beginning. The sales representative sold me a package that apparently does not exist within Future Hedge's offerings. My primary goal was to trade prop firm accounts. The sales rep assured me that several of his clients were successfully using Future Hedge with prop firms, including one client who supposedly had as many as 60 prop firm accounts managed through their system. I later discovered that this information was completely inaccurate. To make matters worse, the salesperson left the company shortly after I onboarded, leaving me without anyone to address these concerns. I sincerely hope that a year from now I will be praising this company and its performance. However, at the moment, I am paying monthly fees for algorithms that are losing money. Future Hedge justifies those fees based on the work they provide, and I would have no issue paying them if my overall returns exceeded the monthly costs. As I write this, my account is down, and I feel like I am throwing good money after bad by continuing to pay those fees. At this point, I have invested too much time and money to walk away, so I am trying to remain patient and give the system an opportunity to perform. My experience with other algorithmic trading companies has been much better. Both of my other algo providers are performing well, which shows that there are other viable options available in this industry. If my results change, I will change this review.

Easy and fast setup, provided one has access to Forex and probably a crypto account to fund. The trajectory is the exact same I've seen with these pay-up-front services to date. They charge 8-10k, and a recurring monthly fee after a period of time. With the hopes that one of their algos will do 5 or 10% a month or thereabouts. Well, been active just under 6 weeks now, account is down 8% (straight line loss week over week). Will switch to another lower-risk bot and see if this changes. They have a variety of bots to choose from. Clearly, after 6 weeks, it's time to ditch a losing strategy and move to a more conservative one. As for customer service, if you use their Slackbot, it seems that you can get some advice/answers, making it incumbent on the customer to monitor the account. The forex service one uses may also give regular updates, which helps when the account continues to draw down. Overall - I am disappointed, as expected, and as I explained to them during sign-up, this is unfortunately typical for services that charge up front and then will toe the line with it being "the algo" or "the market" or "stay in it longer and time will help". They offer support through Slack for account updates/changes. Fairly responsive, but responsiveness doesn't make profits. Should any algo I choose change and become positive I would return and report. Also interesting that no other reviews have occurred here for 2 months, and then only 1 or 2 the month before that. I'll give it 3 stars as a mediocre experience for now, and adjust later should things change (good or bad). ------------ Update at 4 months in - continued drawdowns. Market blamed. Stopped strategy. ------------ Reviewing their stocks-only portfolio now. Appears to be at a top for now, doing papertrading for a month or so. Even though papertrading is not always precise, it likely will show a direction. At present, there have only been losses on top of the initial subscription fees with the program
