Hey Nanette, sorry you didn't enjoy the experience. Looked up your order and you purchased the "night time" formula. Should try it several hours before sleep so you can get a great night's rest. Or if you'd prefer a "daytime" formula, I can replace your order. But yes, our 3COMP formula is solely intended for night time use. Any daytime use would make you sleepy. Hope this helped and lmk if you'd like a replacement for a daytime instead of night time formula. Thanks for your review.
