Renegade Furniture Group operates under three names online, Coleman Furniture, Home Gallery Store, and FurnitureETC and provides false information on drop shipping, warehousing etc. FurnitureETC claims they are NOT an online furniture store, do not drop ship and ship from their own warehouse. These are all false statements confirmed over the phone. After purchasing (and card being charged) they stated there did not have product in stock, would be shipping from manufacture, they did not their own warehouse and delivery would be 5-6 weeks rather than 2-4 they state online. FurnitureETC states on their website "FurnitureETC contracts only professional freight and local delivery companies with years of industry experience to deliver your furniture. We do not drop-ship as many online furniture companies do. Most orders ship from our warehouses and are inspected for any damage prior to delivery. This process highly decreases the risk of damage and offers our customer a better shopping experience. " After purchasing a sectional online I called to confirm the details the next day, after giving my order number the representative gave me the name of a different online store, Coleman Furniture, when I said they was not who I ordered from she said she was sorry it must have been from Home Gallery Store and I again said that was not who I ordered from and she explained Renegade Furniture Group, INC was the parent company of all three websites. FurnitureETC clearly states 2-4 week delivery but was told my item had to be ordered from the manufacture, would be end of August before it shipped to my local delivery so I was looking at not getting my item until potentially end of sept, after being ordered Aug 5th. Asking to speak to a supervisor she informed me "we are an online furniture store and do not have our own warehouse". Completely contradicting what is on there website on the why buy from us page. Very shady company operating under multiple names and providing completely false information on their website.

Brought a sectional recieved it in January a lumber support broke in two months called in so it would be covered under warranty I gave them the info they replied a month later said they would send the part and cover up to a certain amount but I have to find a repair man which there was none 2 weeks later I called about the part they said they don't think I need it!!! Just a horrible experience.

If it was possible to rate my experience with Furniture ETC a zero, I would. I ordered a sectional from them and it has been two months and I still have not received it. Originally my order was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks, then it was another six weeks. I received an email stating "you're furniture will be delivered to your house in exactly one week". One week later, surely my sectional did not arrive and once I called to see what the issue was, they said it was backordered, once again. I truly do not believe the sectional ever existed. When I placed the order it said nothing about anything not being in stock or even backordered. They sell furniture they don't even have.I cancelled my order and truly believe I made the best choice in doing so, my only regret is that I did it sooner and wasn't couches for two months in a brand new apartment. On top of that customer service is terrible, they would not compensate me in any way even after delaying my order for 2 months. I would NEVER recommend this company, do not waste your time!

This company is the worst I have ever worked with. One of the pieces of the sectional I ordered was not depicted on the website. My only option through them to get a new piece was to return the piece and pay a restocking fee and then re order the new piece at double the original price. Thank goodness I was able to find the replacement at another store for a reasonable price. The customer service people and account manager we completely rude during the whole ordeal.

Worst customer service. After you make your payment they don't care how long you have to wait to get your furniture. I'm still waiting on mine after almost a month. Whenever I call customer service they never have answers for me. Complete waste of time and money. Rather pay full price elsewhere and get my furniture delivered quickly and in good condition.

I purchased a couch 3 months ago and it arrived and was bent in the back. I reported and sent pictures right away to furniture etc., also known as Coleman furniture or Renegade furniture group. Instead of replacing/exchanging the couch they said they would send someone to fix it. After finding our the fix is expensive the repair was refused and no refund or exchange was offered!! I am now stuck with a brand new broken couch.

I ordered a couch. It took a month to get because the shipping company they use only delivers to my area once a month. So my couch sat a the shipping department for 3 weeks. When I just asked for a refund they told me i would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they repeatedly hung up on me. So i gave up, waited and will never purchase from them again!

Purchased a sectional from them. Realized one of the pieces was too long for the space. Called multiple times during business hours and left messages and never heard back from them. Finally got through to speak to customer service and was told that to make changes to an order you have to contact them through email. Very specifically on their website it says to call them and dial 2 for existing orders. Once we got through they said it was too late and that we would have to pay to return the piece and that they couldn't just replace one piece, even though the pieces are purchased separately. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. We realized we made a mistake and were willing to pay the restocking fee even though we contacted them within the cancellation window but it was nearly impossible to get through to them and they weren't willing to help when we finally did.
