When I received my Furlife package I was missing the capsule. I contacted the company and Julia respond quickly and professionally. After a short coraspondance between us. Julia came to quick and easy solution to my issue. I am very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. I will be purchasing more products from this company and so will my family. I don’t order a lot online, so I’m not real swift at the process. When I experienced an issue on my end during my ordering process, I contacted customer service for assistance. Julia reached out to me quickly and not only resolved my issue but assured me that everything was taken care of and my products were on the way. She was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and professional. My issue was handled the same day! Customer service at this company is amazing. If their product is as good as their customer service, I definitely made a good decision.

I had an exceptional experience getting an item replaced with the help from Joan at FurLife. The customer service is truly the best!! From my first email to product being replaced took no longer than 30 minutes. I will refer this company to everyone. Not only great products but great customer service as well,
