Buyer Beware — Stay Away From This Casino App Absolutely terrible experience. This app puts a $25 cap on winnings, but that information isn’t made clear until AFTER you realize you didn’t receive the full amount you won. Then you find out you’re expected to purchase packs before you can become eligible to remove the $25 cap. To make matters worse, once I tried to cash out, my account was banned. That’s completely unacceptable. The whole experience feels misleading and frustrating. Buyer beware!!! There are plenty of other gaming apps out there run by companies that actually value their customers and handle payouts fairly. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app. I definitely would not recommend it.

I can only give funrize one star. I would have gone a bit higher until today. I made it to Platinum VIP but they have blocked from VIP club. They claim abuse of promotions but per their t&c's, they can't and won't tell me what I did wrong. How do you know you're abusing something if you have no definition of abuse. If you play and win using ANY gufted coins or spins, the max you can receive after reaching the minimum $100, is still only $25. That is all they will pay. Even if you have made deposits in the past. So today I go to log in and collect the daily bonus. The layout appeared to be different. No daily bonus, no promotional offers, no wheel spin. One set of free spins that I must have missed yesterday. 15 spins on piggy game with zero wins. I go to my club status and it says my access is locked, to contact support. They tell me their team made the decision to block my Platinum level and access to the club based on some undisclosed abuse that they reserve the right not to disclose. I have screenshots of the conversation where they say they can do this with no explanation or warning at any time. I can only pay to play now. What is the point if I cant rise up through the levels? How can I trust that if I deposit money to play and I reach the minimum, they would actually pay it and not simply block me from that also?

I have deposited money on this site and never won I collected the daily bonus and then finally made it to the $100 minimum redemption level cashed out and only received $25 I was told that no matter how much you win with your daily bonus you max out at $25 which is bogus because with the deposits a guy should be able to have the opportunity to win his money back I say big thumbs down stay away from this place

I spent money and credits disappeared they said I used them. Then I bought credits I won a couple dollars on my daily spin won $100. They say I can only have $25. Of it the rest was won on a freeplay and refuse to give me my winning. I will never play this casino again. Go on Funzpoints or crown they really pay.

Update on my 1st review from a week ago... I purchased a $50 package that came with the 50 coins plus 45 free play. I was never given what I paid for so I had to file three complaints before they even responded to me letting me know that somebody would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. So they did give me my 50 free coins that I don't know why they're called free I paid for them. It took them a week before anybody responded to me to tell me that my free play was expired apparently you're free play come with a time limit that you have to use even though it does not say that anywhere on the package that you purchase and it doesn't tell you that after you purchase them either. I guess you're just supposed to be psychic and know these things after explaining to the dummies that run the customer service that my free play would have been expired before they even credited my account what I paid for since it took them two and a half days and a week to get back to me they still owe me my free play I never got it and they're telling me that I should have used them before they expired even though I didn't get anything that I purchased for about 60hrs after I paid for it so I'm not sure what they don't understand about this was their fault and I still am owed my free play and no they won't give it to me they're telling me I should have used them before they expired. And they expired before they credited my account anything that I purchased I do not recommend this cuz you know this platform is a scam and at this point not only did they steal my money but they stole my free play do not waste your time or money cuz there's no guarantee that you're going to get what you paid for.

They call it awards rule number seven they took half of my money because it came from bonus play, because I won it off of a free source. That means I was only limited to $25 in my winnings,isn’t that illegal?even though I made purchases with my card because I won the money on a free bonus I was only entitled to $25 of the winning. I would give zero stars if I could.
