AVOID. I placed an order two months ago and it has never been dispatched. Not a word, not an update, nothing. ORDER #FF28452U I sent four separate emails to customer service. Four. Each one ignored for weeks. When I finally got a response, it was a generic 10% discount offer with absolutely no explanation of where my order is or when, or if, it will ever arrive. This is not a customer service failure. This is a company taking people's money and hoping they go away. I have had zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero product. Do not order from these people. They will take your money, ignore you, and insult you with a discount code when you complain loudly enough. Complete and utter scam.
