Bought a coat that was very expensive as a dog coat. Expected it’d be great quality. Wore it once and the zip broke meaning that it now falls off and can’t be used. I emailed asking for advice or a replacement and was told I need to stitch it myself. Crap customer service and quality . So disappointed.

Avoid this company. Advertised as a uk business with a standard uk delivery time. This is not the case, products are shipped from China with over a two week wait time. Customer service are the worst Iv ever come across and the company delete any bad reviews or complaints from their social media, which is a massive red flag.

ABYSMAL If you are looking for a coat that only allows your dog to walk roadside on a lead then this is great, otherwise if your dog is like mine and loves to be a dog then steer clear. It's cheaply made, thin, rips easily and their response is nothing other than disgusting. I had my coat for approx 4 weeks and it ripped completely from shoulder to foot. DO NOT BUY

Abysmal products and even worse customer service. AVOID at all costs. Their products are cheap wholesale items that they dropship from Hong Kong and their customer service is just out and out rude. UPDATE: Rather than try and help any further after seeing my review, what this dreadful company instead decided to do was try to have my review removed. I’ve provided all verification documents to trustpilot to verify my review now. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Extremely poor quality dog coat, already with stressed seams upon arrival. The company insisted item was returned using a tracked service which cost £7.65, but are refusing to refund this cost, even though the product is clearly a second. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
