Dog Carrier
Bought a bag to carry a small dog. Really looks as though it is two bags combined and designed to carry some shopping at best! And designed by someone who doesn't know what a dog looks like. On trying to return the bag I was informed that it had to be sent to a charity because it can't be resold. Really! And once they had confirmation that it had arrived at the charity I would get a refund. I'm not throwing good money after bad so will be having to throw the bag away myself. I won't be buying anything from this organisation again!
