I would also rate zero. I ordered the waterproof coat and haven’t received it and can’t get in touch with them for a refund. I shall contact bank to see if they can help resolve. Incredibly disappointing and wish I read reviews before purchasing.

I ordered my dog car seat on 9/22/22. After a month, still haven’t received my product. When I inquired they didn’t know the product was returned to them for weight restriction. How does a reputable company not know the weight restriction of their product? And how can they run their business and not know when a product is returned to them? This information should’ve been relayed to me; not me inquiring first after a month. I receive packages from South Korea within two weeks the latest. This is poor service. I can’t even cancel my order because it’s supposedly “en route.” I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

The product we received had a completely different company’s logo on it. It’s clearly a cheap generic product they’re selling as they’re own via drop shipping. Also, it appears as though they only approve 5 star reviews for their site.

I still have not received my delivery yet, even though they are asking for a rating. My enquiry to customer service has gone unanswered. I hope I like the product better than the experience of getting it. (Assuming it ever arrives.)

Sadly cannot rate it a zero. No point in wittering on about the rip off company with substandard good. Just don't buy from them ! Wish I had read the reviews 😕
