Total scammers!!!!! Beware. Dog car seat is unsafe and defective. Barely any stuffing/filling in the side bolsters and near nothing in the bottom cushion. It collapses in on itself. A dog could suffocate. It looks like a bean bag chair that someone dumped 2/3rd of the filling out of. And this thing was close to $100. They refuse to return the item even though I contacted them the day received. We've exchanged over 10 emails. They keep saying it just needs to "relax". Their return policy states you can return an item for ANY quality issues but they will refuse to authorize the return. REPORT these people if you've had a similar experience, otherwise they will keep scamming others. I've reported them to my Credit card and the better business bureau at this point. I tried posting photos of the item they sent me to prove the validity of my review but FunnyFuzzy reported my photos as inappropriate. They were 3 photos of the product sent to me. That's not a red flag or anything, right?

Item is a bad fit for my dog and ive emailed twice for the authorisation code to return it but they wont supply the code

Very disapointed when this arrived. Dog travel bed, was already made up with pillows and vacuum packed into a rolled up package. The side had a gaping hole - when i turned the bag inside out the stitching was all over the place - which resulted in the hole. Stitching would not last very long keeping the bag together with any light use. My dog is only 2kg, but I think if she sat on it - it would fall apart! The material for the base is very thin and flimsy - i do not agree with the description that it can safely have the cover machine washed, as it would just disintegrate! Response from Funny Fuzzy was they can send a replacement and take £10 off. I wouldn’t pay £10 for this bed, let alone £79.99 or the original price of £156.99! I've requested a full refund and for them to cover the return costs/arrange for the item to be collected. That is the only acceptable response for providing such a poor quality product. They also removed comments I made on instagam posts for this item sharing my feedback....and didnt display my review on their website!

If I had read other's reviews before I purchased I would have known what to expect. AVOID this company, the donut beds I purchased at over £80 each were not the quality advertised or what you would expect for the price. I realised after I had ordered that the products from China would not be of good quality. I asked to cancel order they refused. Once product arrived after 12 days, I was as thought extremely disappointed. I returned the unopened one it cost £15 to return so in effect I received a £65 refund and had to keep one as they said if opened I could not return. So I let the dogs use it. I did use PayPal dispute and advised PayPal that this company is not following the UK law relating to mail order. Just do NOT buy.

I was told that my jackets were going to be sent out by the 10th. It is now the 16th and I am still waiting to receive an email that it’s been shipped out. If it doesn’t ship out by the end of the month, i will cancel my order! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
