FUNNYFUZZYReviews of funnyfuzzy.com

This is not even a finished product. Arrived in pieces WITHOUT EVEN PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONS. Cheaply made and quite expensive. I was surprised at some positive reviews about this product. Can’t imagine anyone writing such about this product. Sending it back tomorrow. We’ll see if they are reputable and refund full purchase price.

Hasn’t even come yet, no mention of UK delivery coming from china. It’s been ten days still yet to get anything.

I received 2 blankets on November 24. One of them had a stain on it. Both of them are 100% polyester. My dog has sensitive skin so I was looking for a cotton blanket. I was thrilled to see a cute blanket that was cotton! I was very disappointed when I received it and the tag says polyester. They don't even feel like cotton, they feel like a sleeping bag. Most people might not mind this, but cotton is the reason I bought these. Other than the stain and them being polyester they are cute and I'm disappointed they won't work for me. I contacted customer service about the stain on the blanket and the fact that they are polyester on November 24. No Response. I contacted customer service again on December 1. I received a message on December 3 asking for pictures, which I sent a third time that day. Its December 9 and I have not received a response (I sent another email 12/9, haven't heard back. Sent another email 12/14. Have not heard back. The product advertised was not the product received. How difficult is it to give me a refund because I didn't receive what was promised?

I still haven’t received my item

DO NOT buy from this company I've sent 7 emails now trying to get a refund as the coat doesn't fit our Rottie. The coat also took well over 2 weeks to arrive! Just dreadful service. AVOID!!!!

I placed the order and instantly received a confirmation email. That is good! However, the first week goes by and there is no info on shipping or delivery. The 2nd week starts and so I reach out to your company via email. It also sucks that you have no phone line to handle calls from customers. Days go by with no response to the email I sent so I had to send another one. The 2nd one finally got a response but I still don’t have the items I ordered. They are not exclusive to your company. I picked yours because my search brought me to land on your company but I could have easily picked another. Next time I will pass over your company without a thought of it.

The return policy is not transparent. They won't let you return the product unless there's an inherent damage on it. Stay away from purchasing from them!

Zo’n drie weken langere levertijd dan gecommuniceerd
