Ordered on the 12 Nov. Apparently landed in the country on 22 Nov at 'local courier'. Has not moved since. Funny Fuzzy told me to contact local courier. They have only received paperwork and no parcel.

Product was ordered on 12/4; did not ship until 12/14 and the tracking number still says that the product has not been delivered to the shipping company. Credit card was charged before the product shipped! No idea if it will arrive before Christmas, but guessing it won't.

I ordered two large dog beds. I ordered them on November 28th, 2022. My confirmation email that I received that day (11/28/22) stated it would be shipped in 2-3 business days. I have tried to contact the company, and all they said back was 5 business days (at that point it was already 8 business days). As of today 12/15/22 it has been a total of 13 business days without shipping information and no responses from company. I’m assuming this is some child slavery china work shop that is trying to sell poorly made materials to hard work Americans. I would never recommend this company. Especially if you’re an American, and don’t do well with lying.

Absolute Garbage.. These looked great on the promoted adds and although a bit on the pricey side I decided to go for a donut bed in a size large. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. First there was no shipping or dispatch info, these are definitely shipped from China, secondly the package has been shrunk wrapped in the shape of a party sausage and it takes some effort to remove… once out, the bed has no shape, the soft surface is cheap memory foam in a plastic cover which makes a rustling noise every time the bed is moved. Most importantly I ordered a size large for my Jack Russell but this bed would be more suitable for a chihuahua. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

Not as pictured, Thin and flimsey product. Have requested a refund and return of item. Great marketing, poor products. Don't buy!

Horrible services. You take my money with a product being shipped or any shipping info. I have NO idea where my package is or even if I will ever get it. But you sure took the money fast

Dreadful. The first two beds arrived so tightly wrapped that it took ages for the beds to get to their shape. I don't like the plastic feel of the bottom of the beds. However, the third one I ordered has not appeared at all. It takes them ages to get back to you and I would strongly advise against buying this product.

Received an email to say delivered but no where to be found. I asked Funnyfuzzy to provide evidence of delivery picture where it was left received email to say check with neighbours. Considering I'm a small holder and the nearest neighbour is 1/4 of a mile away I find this hard to believe but still no parcel but payment taken out of my account and not a lot being done about my missing parcel!!!
