I ordered on 11/30 hoping to have this cozy bed for my dog for December. It’s now December 22 and the thing is still in china, looks like I won’t even have it by Xmas.

This order has been delayed over and over. Would not buy again

Poor service, don't specify clearly it's drop shipping and that it takes a life and half to get a product.

Ho fatto già 3 ordini con voi, la penultima volta ho ordinato il donat grigio e mi è arrivato verde, questa ultima volta ho fatto l’ordine il 14 novembre e la merce mi è arrivata il 19 dicembre, più di un mese dopo, ho fatto molto solleciti e mi è stato detto che nel pacco avrei trovato un regalo per la lunga attesa ma non c’era niente.

I have no updates on my order or tracking. My cc has been charged and that’s all.

Ordered product 12/9. Email with confirmation of my order said product would leave warehouse in 2-3 business days. I emailed asking when it would ship, got no response. Only today did I get any indication the order shipped. Today is 12/19.

No he recibido mi paquete aunque hace casi dos meses de la orden. Y no tengo ningun numero de seguimiento para ver por donde va. Y tampoco me facilitan información sobre el tema.

Order never received. Zero communication. Ordered long ago and it 7 days til Christmas.
