Ordered the human size dog bed. All I have received is a white piece of memory foam..nothing else and no response from the seller after emailing them. Will be cancelling the charge from my card today

I ordered this item on December the 7th. As of December 23rd, I still have not received... No updates from your company about the item being in transit. I check with the YunExpress. It continues to say Item has been in transit for the last 14 days. Here it is December 29th. Still have not received item. No emails or updates. I will never order from this company again.

This will not arrive by Christmas. I wrote an email please do not ship and refund my money if won’t be here in time. The package has now just shipped anyway and I’m stuck paying for this.

I bought a Reflective All-weather, Waterproof Dog coat. Great idea; however, the quality of the product is terrible, and the sizing online is way out. Material is not breathable it will not work for all dogs, especially long hair dogs. NB this company is registered in the UK, however it has no physical address in the UK. Incorporated on 15 April 2021, the company with significant control is: YUNMA TIANLONG INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING CO., LIMITED all individuals involved in the company are based in China. Information is available on the Companies House website. UPDATE: 17/01/23 I am still waiting for the item I purchased to be refunded. Because there is no physical address in the UK, it is impossible to send the item back.
