Horrible. Do not order. Comes from China so shipping takes forever. I ordered it on Black Friday (it’s now January) and I still haven’t received it. I’ve had to email the company. I feel like it’s a bit spamy. I’m worried about the quality, but I’m not going through the inconvenience of the return process. Just taking it as a loss.

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for my parcel, and I’m currently trying to cancel and get a refund. At first the excuse was about me not being home (but I’ve got a RING doorbell..?), and since then supposedly it’s been lost. Only silver lining is that their customer service people do actually reply in good time.

This is an extremely disappointing product (human size dog bed) for the amount of money it is. I bought smaller beds at Costco that were literally 1/10 the price and had more than 10 x thicker foam. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY LIKE I DID!

Ordered my purchase a month early and it said it would arrive by Christmas. Well Christmas is tomorrow and it isn't going to be here. So I am scrambling to find something else for the person I purchased this for.

Haven’t received product yet! Very angry as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and did not arrive as expected.

When I received my order I was instantly disappointed, the package was rolled up so tight that it made the bag material very wrinkly. I could tell immediately the quality was not good. The zipper was broken and It just felt cheaply made. I will never order or recommend this product to any if my dog lovers. Such a great idea but poorly executed.
