They refuse to give refunds on faulty items, only the option of replacement. I do not want a replacement that won't last 1 walk again. Quality is awful for what you pay. Delivery takes a while too, I don't think this is a UK company. A cheap Chinese one probably with a UK website.

We received a cheap pad with a plastic cover rather than a beautiful fuzzy bed that would encompasses your dog. The advertising is worse than misleading and the product looks nothing like I ordered.

The product arrived five days later than was promised. I have not been able to get any answers from you about my wish to return the item. I'm still waiting for a response.

The car seat came broken. One of the clips was broken when I took it out of the packaging. The whole thing feels really low quality and cheap

This is a garbage company. I ordered the dog car seat bed and it was incredibly low quality. I asked to return it. Customer service was slow and made me jump through numerous hoops (5 rounds - not an exaggeration). Finally received return instructions. Sent it back, which cost more than $20 to ship. Followed up with Customer Service 3 times after return delivery was confirmed. Never heard back. Had to submit a dispute to my credit card. Also, I put a review of the product on the website and it is not displayed, despite confirming the review with Judge.me. They are seemingly only including reviews with 5 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
