Love the product, not happy with the delivery and tracking, it took over 1 month. I would purchase more if it was quicker.

Product delays that took forever and emails to customer service, but they finally came thru and sent me everything I ordered. My Yorkie LOVES the heart toys! They are her favorite and she never gets bored with them!!!

Love the product, but delivery was really slow, ordered on 22 December received 20 Feb.

I ordered on the 29th of Jan and it arrived on the 18th of February which was ok considering it came from overseas. Communication was good with Funnyfuzzy. Overall the cube step wasn't worth the $132. Very small. Easy to assemble. Just not the best quality.

the item is satisfactory, the negative is that it took 3 months to arrive. you should have let me know how long your shipping takes.
