I ordered a couch protector from FunnyFuzzy over two months ago, and I still have no delivery date. My order number is #FF753385S. What is most unacceptable is not simply the delay — it is the complete lack of communication and accountability. I have repeatedly followed up with FunnyFuzzy through both Instagram DMs and email via their customer support team, yet I still have no clear answers. Every response follows the same pattern: apologies and promises to follow up, but no actual delivery date, no concrete information, and no meaningful resolution. Despite all my efforts to get an update, nobody can tell me when I will receive an order I paid for more than two months ago. It is completely unacceptable that a company cannot provide even an estimated delivery date after such a long delay. Saying “sorry” and claiming to be following up is not customer service when there is no tangible result or useful information provided to the customer. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but this goes far beyond a normal delay. The lack of transparency, proactive communication, and accountability is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly across multiple channels just to get basic information about their own orders. FunnyFuzzy, I am still waiting for my order #FF753385S, and I expect a clear answer regarding when it will actually be delivered — not another apology without a date. Very disappointing experience. Based on this level of service and the complete lack of follow-through, I would not recommend FunnyFuzzy.

Have been waiting for my order to arrrive since April. I have contacted them 7 times to no avail. Disgusting behaviour from a company. I would stay clear of this company as I sincerely doubt they are genuine. Still waiting for a response to my last email from last week. I believe I have more chance of seeing the Pope. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My order confirmation was in July this year , have not received it, they give me the same email answer. The tracking number does not exist . Anyone in Australia , do not get anything from Funny Fuzzy company. You won’t get your parcel and I am still waiting on a refund. The worst service ever!

Extremely disappointing experience with FunnyFuzzy. I placed my order in July and, now in October, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have contacted FunnyFuzzy numerous times over the past few months asking for an update. Each time I receive essentially the same generic response — that my order is with the carrier, in transit or delayed due to shipping travel times. I have still not been provided with a clear explanation of where my order actually is or a reliable delivery date. What makes this even more frustrating is that FunnyFuzzy’s Australian shipping policy states standard shipping is within 7–30 business days. My order is now significantly outside their own advertised timeframe. After waiting for months, I don’t think repeatedly telling a customer that an order is “in transit” is an adequate response. I have now formally requested specific, verifiable tracking information and a confirmed delivery date, or a full refund if they cannot provide this. I will update this review if FunnyFuzzy resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I would be very cautious about ordering from them in Australia.

Ordered over $300AUD of product in June 2026, it is now October and have not received my order, I have been provided with tracking information that does not work and a half-arsed offer of 10% discount on future items when my order arrives - if it even exists - THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these criminals

El 21 de julio realice un pedido de dos fundas de cama por importe de más de 60€. Más de 2 meses después sigo no solo sin recibir el pedido sino que me responden cada vez con una cosa diferente y me dicen que una vez enviado el producto no pueden reembolsarlo. Además de ello, cada vez que reclamo el Pedido la respuesta es diferente. Denunciaré lo ocurrido por estafa a las autoridades.

Never got my order and had to file a charge back. CS never responded when I asked for refunds

TERRIBLE Company!! Placed an order Aug 7, 2026 which was confirmed that day, and an email that said “On its way” Aug 10. I followed up with them Sept 1 and received a response it was still on its way. It’s now Oct 5, and I have received nothing, so I decided to do a Facebook search (as this is where I saw their add) and the complaints we beyond numerous with many people complaining it was a scam. I double checked the internet who confirmed there were MANY complaints against this business, so I am now another person filing a complaint and urging others not to make a purchase from them. I will be contacting my bank card, and hopefully, there will be enough complaints that they will no longer be able to operate; although I suspect they have already made a lot of money by not fulfilling orders or providing a poor product.
