I bought a coat from FunnyFuzzy but unfortunately it was not suitable for my dog. I wrote to them the same day the coat arrived to say it was no good and to request the returns/refund process. They take 3+ days to respond. Told me I could have a refund if I take photos of the item to prove it wasnt damaged. The coat was already folded, packaged and awaiting an address for return. I wrote to them again with photos of the parcel explaining that it had been repackaged on the day of delivery. I've heard nothing since. Reading other reviews on Trust pilot I wish I'd looked here first. Seems I'm not alone.

I ordered what looked like exactly the product I needed. It never arrived, although I was home all day the scheduled delivery day. When I asked them to check, they completely left it up to me to get in touch with my neighbors, post office, etc. I wrote about three or four times until they just ignored me. Never got product or response!

Das bestellte Hundebett ist ok. Es kam mit einer zufriedenstellenden Lieferzeit und ist optisch in Ordnung. Es passt jedoch in Optik und Qualität nicht ganz zum Preis. Die Größenangaben stimmen, jedoch ist auf Grund des voluminösen Randes die Liegefläche deutlich kleiner an gedacht und als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Leider ist ist das Bett jedoch zu klein. Der Verkäufer hat mir sofort den Tausch gegen ein größeres angeboten. Da dies jedoch auch zu klein sein wird. Bat ich um die Zusendung des Retourenetiketts. Seitdem bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr. Das Problem ist, dass auf der Homepage steht, dass man den Verkäufer für Retouren kontaktieren muss. Auch eine Rückendung in der Originalverpackung sei nötig. Dies waren jedoch irgendwelche Plastiktüten gequetscht um das Volumen zu minimieren (völlig ok für den Versand), aber für den Rückversand nicht mehr nutzbar. Die Retourenstrategie wirkt unseriös und scheint es auch tatsächlich zu sein. ACHTUNG! beim Kauf. Die Probleme entstehen bei der Retoure.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered this product because it said that the company was based in the UK and had great reviews. The item took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered, when it arrived it was packed in the most disgusting dirty packaging and had clearly arrived from China. I spoke with customer services who again stated they had a UK office, it took nearly 2 weeks to arrange delivery due to them only replying at 8am every morning (clearly not in the UK either) and then once the parcel had been returned it took a further two weeks to get my refund. They refused to accept a return of the coat I bought the week before the bed because it was out of the 14 day return policy - terrible customer service, will never use this company again. stay away. I also submitted a review via their website and discovered that they vet their reviews before posting on their website, therefore only allow the 5* reviews. Disgusting

I received the dog bed 12/28, but was damaged. The zipper on the cover was broken. I reached out immediately to request a return/refund and sent photos. Additionally, the dog bed was flat and not the quality was expecting. I consistently got the run-around if my emails were even answered without addressing my request for a return which was entitled to as it was within 14 days of receiving. It's now 1/24 with no response since 1/12 and no resolution. Not a good customer service experience and will not be shopping with FunnyFuzzy.

DO NOT BUY. DANGEROUS PRODUCTS. SCAM COMPANY. I purchased a raincoat from this company. I ordered the size according to the chest & back measurements posted on their website. It arrived ok, although took a while. However, I wish it hadn't as it injured my dog. The coat is unlined and the stitching is very coarse and sits in the leg joints. Hence, it rubbed away my dogs fur and caused considerable sores at the top of my dog's leg within only a couple of days of use. The required first aid treatment and took a couple of weeks to heal. I contacted the company with photo evidence and request a refund. They said it couldn't possibly be their coat. But also, if it was their coat then it was due to an incorrect leg fit. However they don't give any info on leg fit in the listing so this can be checked in advance. In either case my request for a refund was refused. Also, despite the presentation, the company is based in China and their customer service representatives are there also. It is quite clear from the correspondence that they are not fluent in English and do not understand what you are writing. The responses are simply copy-pasted presets which fail to address the actual issue. Do not risk a purchase from, the products may be dangerous to your pet and the company refuses to engage with any problems once they have your money. ALSO - I tried to review on their website, it appears that they automatically reject any review which is not a 5*. Another example of what a scam this is.

Please do not order from this company I have waited an age for the item, asked them to refund and cancel based on non-delivery They ignored me and said would send by premium delivery….11 days later Now it’s arrived and is nothing like the size ordered, so I’ve contacted yet again to return for refund and they will not engage on returns/ refunds instead saying “pls send a photo, do you have original packaging, send new measurements” and so it goes on…. It’s a scam. Contact your card company who will raise a claim due to non-engagement by the retailer, you have to wait 15 days but the card company can then take action. I have no doubt this bunch of fraudsters will continue their ridiculous dialogue but hopefully my card company will help.

Bought a dog coat for my GS . It looked good and fitted well Within a week the reflective coating had come off . With a month the zip had broken . Looks a great product but is of poor quality. DO NOT PURCHASE..
