If I could give minus stars I would. I bought 2 dog raincoat outfits based on measurements provided and one was too small for one of my dogs which was fine. Funny fuzzy were initially really reluctant to have it returned and asked for a series of photos to prove I was telling the truth, so I sent one of trying to put it on my dog. Eventually they relented and told me to send it back. There were no packing labels provided and so I put a paper inside of the unopened coat and sent it back. I sent it back at my own expense which again is not usual service. However as I missed the email asking for a tracking number and my parcel had already gone, I thought that it would be ok as our full details were in the pack. After a lot of communications that Funny fuzzy would not refund or send me a replacement I am left without a coat, and actually if I am honest my first dog hasn’t worn the outfit yet and already the reflective paint on the coat is rubbing off. Such a shame that they have such bad customer service, especially as I have another 2 dogs and the design is actually quite good, I would have still ordered 2 more despite the material issue!

I placed my order (car seat) at the beginning of January 2023, and I just received it on February 10th. I do not recommend buying this product because of the poor cheap quality and the lack of good customer service. Shipping comes from China, and this was not disclosed at checkout. I was provided with tracking information using a cargo company that I never hear about before. Shipping status was the same for almost three weeks saying that the order was at the carrier facility in China. I asked several times for an estimated delivery and Funny Fuzz never responded to any of my emails. Then they contacted me just the day before arrival without an apology, only with a screenshot saying the item was out for delivery. The car seat finally arrived on February 10th, and this item is the poorest quality for the $99 + tax that I paid. The pillows are flat and filled with a tiny amount of stuffing. The fabric feels like plastic, and the zippers are of cheap quality. Nothing close to what they advertise in the pictures. I just got a thin flimsy car seat that doesn’t provide steady support for my dog's car rides.

A complete scam; don't fall for it. My order never arrived. The customer service is awful. I emailed them so many times, they sent me a photo of a package in front of some random house - definitely not mine - and then just stopped responding when I told them that wasn't my house. Big disappointment and waste of money!

I ordered a round fuzzy bed for my dog in the color “Acorn”. The color of the bed that arrived did not match the color pictured on the website. I have been trying to exchange it for a different color for the last four weeks with no luck. I emailed 6 times and only once did I hear back requesting a photo. I told them nothing was wrong with the bed, I just didn’t like the color. No response. I have written a couple of negative reviews trying to warn other buyers to be careful and they take them down shortly after I post them. Am beyond frustrated and now think this company is a total scam. So buy with caution. If you don’t like what you get, good luck.

Base of dog bed split open after a few weeks gentle use. Company refused to communicate or refund. No apology. Do not buy from this company. *Apparently the company now want more info re this review, in order to respond, but they have emails from me only yesterday to which they have refused to engage. They have all the info they need in order to respond.

Would not refund a faulty item. Bought the waterproof dog coat - stitching came away after three wears. Also bought the dog car seat cover and zip broke after approx. 6/8 uses. Contacted customer service and would not entertain refund or replacement as outside their own 14 day return window. Have raised matter with Trading Standards.

If I could give no stars I would. I bought one of their teale XL donut beds. When it arrived it was tiny and the inside of the bed was literally a thin styrofoam sheet! I paid £99.99 for that! When I emailed them immediately upon opening, they refused to provide me with the return address or a refund. They said their items were the best quality (which they certainly are not) and also said the return address on their website isn’t even correct! Had to report to trading standards and raise a PayPal dispute. Total headache and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid!!!!!

Received the wrong product which I returned. Never got refunded for the shipping fee nor received the product that I ordered. Had to escalate this to PayPal. I don't recommend dealing with them. They are sleezy.
