I ordered this leash via their Instagram ad. Yet it was never delivered. The local courier updated the status to delivered without contact, so I made notice of it not being delivered, to Funny Fuzzy and the courier. The courier started an investigation, they afterwards acknowledged their error and mentioned they couldn't trace the package. Yet Funny Fuzzy still refuses to offer any solution, still asking for prove that it wasn't delivered, despite the courier's statement that the package was indeed untraceable. I placed the same review on their site, not 2 minutes later it was already deleted.

I wish I looked into this company before ordering. They said the dog bed would be delivered within 4 days of purchase, which was part of the reason I ordered the bed—I needed it very soon. When you order they don’t provide shipment information or confirmation like most companies do. After I didn’t receive it for a week, I inquired. Received an email several days later saying, not worry that it’s been shipped. But it ships from China, which they list nowhere on their website. It’s been over 2 weeks and the bed has still not arrived. It’s a sketch company. It would be fine if they were upfront about this from the beginning but they’re not.

Junk from China, totally misrepresented on their website. Tried to initate a return per their 14 day policy for quality issues and they just email back and forth and give you the run around. Avoid like the plague. Wish I had checked here before ordering!

Measurements stated for the dog coat were incorrect and too small, when I requested to exchange it they took ages for replies and made me send photos, then when I sent it to uk address that is clearly not the same company they refused to send the exchange stating that it is outside the return. Why make me send it and pay for the postage then? Clearly a cheap Chinese company that doesn’t actually receive the returns.

Worst seller and communicator ever. Ordered a dog bed, and it has been one problem after another returning and have not received a credit despite promises.

Please do not order from them. Awful awful customer service. The coat measurements were off and have been trying to return 2 of them since 15th February. Never ending email exchange with funnyfuzzy- they are sending pointless emails and not moving forward replying once a day or once a week. As it stands for now- am not able to return the coats as they are not able to see the pictures have sent to them in different formats many times. Thats the end of it unless I want to spend my life on sending pointless emails. They initially were able to see the pictures but they were not up to their standards( as I did not even open one of the coats( of the same size).

Ordered a dog bed which arrived quite quickly (within a week). Bed was advertised as vintage bed and cost £90. Was expecting a quality product but it is thin, flimsy and can see daylight through the stuffing. No way it is worth the money and false advertising. Labels on bed are in Chinese! Emailed today for a return but after seeing these reviews not holding my breath. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS.

PLEASE DO NOT USE - the returns process and quality is really poor. I bought a dog bed for £80 and when it turned up it was really poor quality. I tried to return it but had to chase by email for a week to get an address to return it to and then had to pay postage of £19. The contact number on the website is a just a mobile number and no one answers. I did finally get a refund but has taken nearly two weeks and cost £19.
