Garbage product and garbage customer service. They just give you the run-around and don’t resolve the problem that their products are trashy POS that fall apart days after you purchase. So not buy anything from them. Absolute trash.

The products are not at all like described and I’ve been trying to return a dog bed for a week and nobody will respond to my emails. They are running out the clock on my 14 day return window. I even commented on their social media and they delete them right away. Shady

Bed was the wrong size. Tried to return and the customer service basically refused. Gave the bed to the pup and it was torn up in 30min due to the poor quality. $70 down the drain.

Dog bed had torn with filling everywhere within weeks of purchase. They agreed to send replacement then changed their minds. Poor service, poor quality, way overpriced.

TOTAL SCAM! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. They sent me a bed that was different from the picture on their website. Then when you try to return it they refuse to send you the return label and keep asking you the same question to delay any real action. It's turned into an absolute nightmare!!!!

I ordered the Vintage dog bed in white, this is in a boucle white material which looks like a mini sofa, i ordered this in large, my first order went to the wrong address in the midlands somewhere marked as delivered i then disputedED this, they sent me a replacement all in all it took 4 weeks for the dog bed to arrive, when the dog bed eventually arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website, poorest quality, different material a white fur material not the boucle as shown on the website, the arms and back of the dog bed is all collapsed as does not stand up, I have gone back and forth with them on customer service and i am now being ignored, i am now taking this further with PAYPAL to get my money back, AVOID!!!! this is not a £90 dog bed, it looks like something from home bargins that would cost you £10 tops! AVOID AVOID!!

I bought a back pack to carry my 10 pound Yorkshire Coco during a trip but she never accepted it... not once. Her back did not feel comfortable, and unfortunately I was not able to exchange for another one, that could have worked for my Coco, because the time exchange had expired. It is a shame that I have to to throw the back pack away I bought, and not have the chance to try the other one because the time frame of exchange had expired. I also have a policy though, and that is: I stop shopping in the business which doesn't care about my business.
