BUYER BEWARE! Horrible quality - the bed arrived with a broken zipper. I didn’t even use it because the product is unusable if the zipper is broken. What should have cost ~$75 is now going to cost more to fix the zipper.

Horrible product! Total waste of $160! I am so disgusted with this product. It is nothing like the photos and videos show. Furthermore, their way of shipping is unacceptable. The product has pieces of cotton that you are expected to somehow install and put together. It is not assembled and there are no directions. The zippers don't work and we have no clue how to put this crap together! DO NOT buy this product!

I think the 5 star reviews on this page must be fake! Ordered a bed, too small and wanted to do a simple exchange. Emails ignored, still chasing. Waste of money and instant regret. Now I have a gimicky ‘pet sofa’ that not even a Guinea pig would fit on. Save your money, look elsewhere- a reminder I should stick to etsy!!

Hugely, HUGELY disappointed in the car bed we ordered, the images on the website make it look well padded and soft, what arrived was a bag of cheap flat cushion filling. I however have assembled the bed and it looks nothing like the pictures, the back and sides look like they are half full, it is not comfortable and it's lumpy. Very unhappy. I was not aware that this was something being produced cheaply in China until I had the tracking information, had I known this prior I would not have bought it.

Do not buy from this brand, the product looks nothing like the photos and didn’t respond to any emails I sent before I had to submit a claim to the better business bureau and still have yet to receive a shipping label, they are a trying to wait for the 14 days to pass in their return policy has. Don’t waste your money!

Scam…..cheap quality. Repeated emails requesting an address to refund rugs. Run around. TOTAL SCAM. NO REFUND POLICY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a double car seat from the funnyfuzzy.co.uk website. First negative surprise was when it turned out to be shipped from Hong Kong. Took almost two weeks and finally arrived today squished into a plastic bag which could be a bin liner!!! The quality is shocking, the bed looks nothing like it does on the website, the inner padding comes as 8 separate cheap polyester pieces with 0 instructions and are way too small to fill out the actual bed cover. The entire product smells of chemicals - nothing I would want my dogs to sit in! We’ve instantly tried to put it back into the horrible packaging it came in and have requested a return for a refund. This is NOT worth £160!!!!! I wouldn’t even want it if someone gave it to me for free.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I bought a XL 109 euro dog bed which arrived 10 days later from China pressed into a package measuring 20x30 cms (8x12 inch) which says enough about the quality. The bed looked cheap and ugly and was made of flimsy and inferior material. Any dog would have destroyed it on day one. Also, the bed was smaller than indicated on the website. Six emails were sent back and forth, and they basically refused to take it back, asking me to send pictures (to verify if it is really that ugly?). No German return address was given. An enclosed form states that you can return the bed to a US address, but the costs of shipping and customs from Europe will exceed the amount that I paid for the bed. This practice is illegal in the EU. A European webshop must provide a European return address. The bed I threw in the garbage. Read the 1 star and 5 star reviews. No way the latter are real, they are as fake as the website, Funnyfuzzy are scammers that just dropship inferior stuff from China.
