SCAM FRAUD NEVER BUY!! They will send you a product that is not what you see advertised AT ALL and then dodge emails for return requests. For me, when they finally responded, they proposed bizarre resolutions like "if you keep the cat bed we will give you a 15% refund ($11.80)". After endless emails, they gave me return instructions and made me pay $50 in shipping. They NEVER refunded my defected item and now I'm out $80 for the bed plus $50 for the shipping that they promised IN WRITING to refund due to the defect. Credit card disputes can investigate the charge for the product itself but cannot refund the shipping. You will never see the shipping refund and only will POSSIBLY get a refund for the product if the credit card company approves the dispute. They also delete all negative reviews. ORDER# FF56838S

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DON’T EVEN TRY AND ORDER FROM THEM! I BOUGHT THIS XL LARGE BED FOR MY DOG AND NO LIE, 2 WEEKS LATER THE ZIPPER STARTED COMING APART. I SENT AN EMAIL AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY CAUSE I BOUGHT IT JUST TWO WEEKS AGO IN LATE MAY AND IT WAS THE 6TH OF JUNE. THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company advertises merchandise for sale that does not look anything like the product that you will receive. I ordered a car seat/bed for my new puppy. The item that arrived is cheap and totally unsafe for use in a car. It was priced at £100 and wasn't worth a fraction of that price. I will be asking for a full refund. Update - tried for 2 weeks to get a return address from them. Eventually threatened them with Court action. They supplied an address that was a private house in Sheffield. Item was returned and signed for. Almost a week later I am still awaiting my refund.

Don't Waste Your Money - I ordered the dog car seat for my puppy. The item arrived from China (I would not have ordered if I had known this beforehand) and it bore no resemblance to the item shown on their website. The quality is appalling, and they had the cheek to charge almost £100 for this item. I would not trust my pup's safety to this nasty, unsafe, inferior product. Just waiting for a response to my email, in which I've asked for UK return details and a full refund. I really wish I had read Trustpilot's reviews before I purchased. I doubt very much if the reviews on the company's own website are genuine. Never again.

Like many other reviews here, I received an inferior product from China. The shipping took about a month. I didn’t even bother contacting customer service after reading other reviews. They delete negative comments/reviews on their social media so potential buyers aren’t aware how horrible the company is.

Dreadful product and company. Item received is terrible quality, cheap material and arrives in several pieces with no assembly instructions. Cheap filling used in inserts and has no resemblance to the comfy travel dog bed advertised. Absolute scam. Customer service is non existent.

This guys are scam. They don't pay affiliate earnings. This is all I know. I just wasted my energy promoting your products. Why pay on July 30?

Horrible experience. The pictures they showed on their website does not look like the real product at all. When I want to return it due to my dog not liking it, they have me pay for shipping cost. BAD, BAD, BAD customer services. I hope they go out of business real soon. Do not ever, ever buy from them. I can provide email exchanges to prove this experience is TRUE and GENUINE.
