The day I received the dog car bed, I realized that it was very low quality. I reached out to them the same day to initiate a return and refund. They have a 14 day return policy and I asked them to honor it. I received a couple of emails after 2-3 days but they would not send me the RMA # for the return. Now they have stopped responding all together. I paid through PayPal with my American Express and have logged a complaint with PayPal and initiated a chargeback with American Express. All I want to do is return the time and get my refund! Do not buy from this company. The Customer Service is AWFUL!!!

Das Bett und die dazugehörige Decke kamen aufs kleinste vakkumiert an (aus China). Das Bett hat sich bis heute nicht voll aufgepolstert. Definitiv keine 130€ wert. Verkäufer sendet kein frankiertes Rücksendeettiket zu, obwohl deutlicher Qualitätsmangel vorliegt. Eskalation an Paypal Käuferschutz nun: Erstattung nach Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten an eine US Adresse.

Ich habe den „ Dog Car Seat Bed - First Class“ bestellt. Der Bezugsstoff ist vom Material her ok, riecht jedoch etwas chemisch. Die Füllungen sind jedoch eine Katastophe. Klumpig und mit minderwertigstem grobem Schaumstoff gefüllt. Insgesammt keine Kaufempfehlung.

Update: There is no response from this company, the item is very poor quality - it's basically a scam. The company has not responded to my emails, there is nothing in my spam.

Do not Buy, poor quality I wish i had read the reviews before ordering this dog bed. The quality of the item received is nothing like the pictures and videos on the web site and no response from customer service, even had a hole in it. The only redemption is i ordered on my credit card so will at least get my money back

After searching 1000 websites, I decided to buy this Car Seat Bed - First Class from.Funny Fuzzy for my dachshund. Their website reviews were fantastic and from the pictures the car seat seemed steady and secure. Well the version I received was nothing similar to the version shown on the website. followed the instructions to allow the items to air out and take shape but the filling isn't enough to fill the car seat so the car seat isn't sturdy, it is like trying to fit a size 10 pants to a size 0 person. They are too big for the zero person. The adjustable straps are so big that they defeat the purpose to secure it to the car. The first class version is supposed to have an extra pocket to secure it with the seat belt and is lacking that. To top it off their return policy is ridiculous, 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, the items come airtight! To summarize it, I feel like my dog is not safe in this car seat and she does not feel comfortable at all. I have to drive extremely slow because I feel that if I do a sudden break my dog is going to come out flying out of the car since there's nothing to hold her. Not happy I spent so much money on this car seat. A RIP OFF! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm still paying for this item and is of no use.

Car seat bed claims to be universal this is NOT the case, I have a small SUV and it barley fit my backseat. Very poor quality of the product, after 2 weeks of emails back and forth they will return at your cost.. they should state these facts on the website if the product is not what it claims to be. Now will end up donating a $50 item. Very poor customer service

I wish I had researched this lot first, sadly I have just received a car seat, the securing straps missing, its very poor quality for the money, avoid buying from them if you havent already, I hadn't realised it was coming from China, and after the other reviews I doubt I will get a reply to my email!!! update - I have had a reply to my email, asking for photographs, which appears to what other customers have been asked for, they were sent immediately but so far no reply
