The Bear Ears Pet Car safety bed came disassembled -- a cover and a bunch of pillows. No directions how to assemble, and, anyway, I was never informed that assembly was necessary. (I never buy things to assemble.) Also: It took 3 weeks for the item to arrive, although I was charged immediately. I am hoping for a refund.

Ordered the diamond dog sofa bed, and it looked so poor and ugly that I want to return it instantly. The materials are nothing like on the photos from their website... The size M, is maybe big enough for a chihuahua, but not for an adult shiba inu... This company is just an overpriced Alibaba shop with 0 quality

Quality poor not well made. Zip doesnt work size much smaller than expected. Wish i had read reviews. Not worth money. DO NOT BUY

I ordered a leash, and paid for expedited shipping . A leash arrived. Not the one I ordered though. Customer service has been nonexistent, despite repeated attempts to contact them.

do not buy from this company! They made it impossible to return an item. Once accepted you have to pay a high cost to ship it back. Then they don't refund you. They have taken over $100 from me with no response from customer service. Everything feels sketchy and not a legit company.

Unfortunately I also purchased the dog bed from this company and it never arrived. 10days later the company is pretending to send tracking information but I have a feeling it has no intention of sending it. I have once before had a similar situation when the tracking updates were sent to me from China for 3 months and the goods never arrived. This looks like the same Chinese scam. I paid through pay pal so I raised a dispute. I asked the company for a refund, let’s see what happens….

Warning - avoid this company. I never received the bed I ordered, have repeatedly contacted them, received several different tracking numbers from them that show the bed was delivered hundreds of miles from my house, and they will not refund the purchase price. Unprofessional!

This is what I get for believing the "hype". This xl car seat was almost $200.00. I received it today and there is no "foam"...only some fuzz filled pillows that are flat. The car seat does not stand up on it's own as advertised in their video. This is a piece of junk for sure. I emailed and they told me to "slap" the pillows and they will fluff up. Um, ok. No they didn't. After reading their 14 day return policy. What a joke! It says "return in original packaging". So, one is supposed to shrink wrap the dog bed and ship it back to China? Don't believe the BS. I doubt I will hear back from them because I said I wanted to return it but I fear it will be more of a hassle than anything. Again, that's what I get for believing the "hype".
