If I could give zero stars I would. Truly awful product and am being given the runaround by their ‘customer services’ with regards to a refund. The product is so thin and flimsy. Avoid this company at all costs and I would encourage everyone to report them to Trading Standards. I bought a dog booster bed for £129.00. Not cheap but totally rubbish.

Scam. Ordered a couch cover two weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped it. DO NOT order from them. Emailed them three times and no response. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a dog bed which arrived eventually. Very poor product….. padding is lumpy and torn…. They advise that the padding needs puffing up…. There’s not enough of it!!!! Have requested a return and refund 5 times now with no response. Shocking product…. Do not believe the positive reviews.

Dog bed arrived a crumpled up like a returned item - was missing a cover for seat cushion. Quality was shocking and not like the photo on the website. Bottom of bed was black not white. exposed jagged stitching. advertised as a luxury pet brand but actually cheap crap from China that took 10 days to arrived - with missing items and no instructions for assembled. Feels like I’ve received a secondhand item and the packing was also poor quality. I’ve asked for a full refund.

Paid £99.99 for a dog travel bed, within 6 weeks the stitching had come apart at the seams and it had completely fallen apart. Contacted customer service and was refused a replacement / refund despite product clearly being poor quality and faulty, instead they offered a discount on my next purchase (as if I’d ever order anything from them again). They subsequently stopped responding so have had to raise a case with PayPal. Wrote a negative review on their website which was not posted and I noticed that they only seem to show the 4 or 5 star reviews, falsely inflating the rating of the products. Overall a terrible company, from the quality of their goods and customer service, to the shady tricks they are using to overinflate the feedback from customers. Absolutely shameful.

Rubbish deceiving company claiming to be in Croydon but shipping from China ….didn’t do my homework before I bought should have checked trust pilot ….Inferior product to one advertised as a plush quilted lush padded sofa cover .Do not buy overpriced tat

Ordered with express shipping and payed extra. Nevertheless, arrived two weeks late. Took over a week to get sent. Tried to contact customer support to cancel order before it was sent. No reaction. Quality is okayish. Additional info from Aug 2nd: Now they asked me to review their product on their homepage. After writing the identical review, they simply deleted it.

I ordered one of the leather dog beds, never received my order, and got the runaround from their “customer service” as many others have described below. Their ‘tracking’ from a Chinese delivery company claims that a package was delivered at 3:22AM to my residence - no consumer delivery company operates at that time. After asking their “customer service” about this, they insisted it was delivered on a specific day at 6:00PM - I have a video doorbell and of course, that corroborates the fact that the bed I ordered was never delivered. They refused to refund me despite the fact that I input my address correctly into their checkout process and their courier apparently lost it in transit. A pure scam and an awful experience that seems to be consistent with other reviews. I wish I would’ve read these first before ordering…
