FUNNYFUZZYReviews of funnyfuzzy.com

Order #FF90770S - the first bed I received was advertised as a large, however, a Golden Retriever does not fit in this bed. The second bed is poor quality. I have sent emails requesting the address to return the product to with no response. The total for my order was $160.99 - I will glad return the beds so I can receive a refund. Please respond to my emails.

I ordered a car seat cover but after ordering was informed drivers would be around 2 weeks as it was coming from China. I thought I was dealing with a UK based company so delivery would be quick which is what I needed. I haven’t unwrapped the item as i bought an alternative out of necessity. Now Funny Fuzzy are making it very awkward for me to return and get a refund. I’ve done everything they requested like photos and explanation for requesting a return etc. They say you need authority from them to return but then they don’t reply. I’d avoid dealing with thdm.

Ik bestelde een hondenmand voor in de wagen en betaalde hier 150 euro voor. De mand werd nooit geleverd en via mail werd nooit een oplossing aangeboden.

I have been trying to return an item I purchased. I even filed a complaint at PayPal. Now FunnyFuzzy tells me to return it to the address on the e-mail. But I don't see any address on their e-mail and they don't respond to me. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

I wish I had her read the reviews before I bought what a load of rubbish. I can’t believe how much it cost me. They then tell you on the website you have 14 days to return it. There is no return address. I’ve emailed numerous times and they don’t respond, I’m going to have to do a chargeback through my bank. I was targeted through Instagram it looked amazing. Can’t believe I fell for it. I ordered something similar on Amazon. It came the next day and was half the price and the quality was a million times better. This is a load of rubbish. Please don’t fall in the same trap.

Absolutely intolerable company to deal with. Ordered two dog beds; when they arrived both were faulty in different ways. Took weeks for them to give me a returns address. Paid £13 to return the items. These were delivered to a house (proof of delivery included a photo). Still waiting for a refund after two further weeks. I email every other day and never hear anything. My advice is to never buy anything from them and let all your friends know about them too. LET’S STOP FRAUDSTERS

They have charged me for an item that has never been delivered and are now not responding to my request for a refund. Avoid like the plague.

After reaching out at least 20 times they refuse to respond and obviously do not want to provide a $66 refund.
