This company is horrible! The car seat was cheap and looked nothing like the photos online. I have been trying to get a hold of them for days for a return and they don't respond. I think this company is a scam.

This company is a fraud. They claim to be in the US, but they are not. I bought a couch cover on the 1st of Aug. Their website says shipping within 3-4 business days. It never shipped, sent an email, no reply. Escalated with PayPal trying to get my money back. Don't trust them, and don't buy from them!

I can't return the item because they don't respond to emails and don't provide me with a shipping label. (good companies put a label inside the package).

Avoid ordering from here. They take immediate payment but you don’t receive the goods for three weeks. I paid a high price for a very poor throw, it was nothing like the pics/video, description. Cheap fabric and poorly made. Absolute rubbish. Pretty sure that the good reviews must be left by the company.

Product is absolutely nothing like the one in pictures. So very cheap yet it cost me £160 for the large dog bed car seat. Doesn't hold its shape and is not padded out at all I've had to fill it full of my own blankets to even resemble a bed. There's about 8 holes in already from just wear and tear, not at all due to chewing and I've had it TWO MONTHS. Avoid like the absolute plague!!! They also delete all negative reviews off their website so other people get duped

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This organisation is nothing but a total sham. I ordered a £129.99 dog bed on the 27th of June. It arrived on the 12th of July and words cannot properly articulate my disappointment with this product. I immediately contacted the company to ask for a returns label and they point blank refused. Initially they demanded photos of the product (which I provided). At this point they just refused to answer my emails. I sent numerous emails asking for an address to send the product to - no reply ever came. At this point I contacted PayPal and asked them to intervene on my behalf and they were able to get me a full refund offer from the company if I sent the product back. I subsequently sent the bed back via tracked shipping. Parcelforce uploaded a picture of delivery as proof. Paypal contacted me today (8th Aug) to state that FunnyFuzz have denied receiving my package, despite photographic evidence showing they have. Honestly, this company is nothing but a sham. Should be illegal what they are doing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Update: PayPal have refunded me the £116.99.

This is a cheap replica and not at all the product shown in the website. Thin flimsy padding, doesn’t keep its shape, insecure on the car seat. Not at all what you want for an anxious pup. Implies it’s a uk company but is not.

Quality is bad. Cheaply made in China. Sofas and beds don't hold its shape. Tried to return product but customer service won't respond at all. Really horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend.
