Wow…so excited to receive the double gym bag for dog. Arrived looking like a single size and very poorly quality due to not enough stuffing and poorly made. Contacted company twice with no reply! Would not recommend

Worst company ever. The customer service is bad. I ordered three items that where shipped on different weeks. It took almost a month for all of the items to be shipped. I tried to be reimbursed or change the first article which is the daisy pillow because it's not stuffed Properly and doesnt look at all like photos of the website. It's cheaply stuffed and its obviously not a good thing for a pillow.... they want to give me a 15% discount and that's it. Will never buy again from them. It's so expensive for what you get. Don't know if the rest of my order is going to be legitimate.

first item lovely the 2. poor the first item ORDER #FF82290S was lovely, then the 2. and 3 one ORDER #FF94031S, absolutely rubbish, not to compare with the pictures. Its wasn't cotton anymore and only little stuffing and the size was wrong. no answers and no return possible...no serious company easy to proof with pictures I ve made.....

I received the item 2 weeks after ordering it. I have emailed the company asking for a refund but it’s taken over a week for a response. The return address doesn’t look like it’s a business centre and just a house! I should’ve read the reviews before buying this product.

This company is terrible!!! Do not order for them!! . I ordered and paid for a large size couch cover and was sent a smaller size that doesn't fit my couch. I have emailed them repeatedly and have gotten NO reply!! They will not answer emails.

Quality is bad. Cheaply made in China. Item is poorly made, no fill, vacuumed to point that it has no structure. Tried to return product, emailed 4 times but customer service won't respond at all. Really horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend.
