Never received product, ghosted me, turned them in to BBB, Avoid this company at all costs.

Received a faulty product so I’ve emailed them about it. The reply was unprofessional and seemed they are copying & pasting a template. The product is not impressive either. Avoid purchasing.

Absolute scam. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau! My order was terrible quality, just awful. They responded once about my return request and then ghosted me — I’ve been emailing every few days for a couple weeks just to see if they’ll respond. Highly recommend steering clear of this website/brand.

Company is a scam!! Took 1 month to get my order. It was the wrong size. They have not given me return instructions for a refund! After a number of emails they have stopped responding.

Not worth one star absolutely appalling customer service have been trying to contact them regarding returning an item which is poor quality and too small 8 emails later still no response on how to return would love to report them to trading standard do not buy anything from this website

They sent the dog bed I ordered, but the cover was not only the wrong colour, but the wrong size. It was basically a large piece of foam, a pillow that goes around the side, and the cover. However because the cover was for a bed the size smaller, it didn't fit and what they sent me was useless. I emailed them 3 times before raising it with PayPal (thankfully I paid with them), then they didn't respond to that either, so I had to escalate it to a claim. They then didn’t respond to PayPal either in the two weeks they had, so PayPal found in my favour and I eventually got my money back. There is ZERO customer service and even if there was, I have no way to send it back, because once you've opened the shrink wrap there is no way you can get it back in.

Cheap and nasty. Not worth the 40 quid.not recommended in any way. From China impossible to return. Buyer beware

This does not fit in my car. I hav a small Chevy Sonic one handle is supposed to fit over the headrest. It doesn't it is to small. There is a belt to use around the seat and back of the seat of the seat to hold it in securely. It doesn't fit around at all. Cant judge the rest. I contacted Funny Fuzzy and did not hear back. I also bought their large couch bed. it has nothing to keep the pillow in and the cushioning divides in half, two small dogs might like it but my 20 pound Shih Tzu doesnot.
