FUNNYFUZZYReviews of funnyfuzzy.com

I will NEVER shop with them again. My order was delivered to the wrong address, I emailed them and they told me to take it up with the courier, which i did. The courier then wrote an official statement that the item had in fact been lost in transit to which i emailed Funnyfuzzy. The company has still never emailed me back and I’ve sent over 5 emails now requesting my refund. Now I’ll be taking it up with my bank. I advise shopping somewhere else as their customer service is terrible!

I ordered a couch cover from Funny Fuzzy. It was not the dimensions advertised and didnt' fit, and the nonslip backing was ineffective. I attempted to contact customer service to initate a return, but never received a response despite multiple emails on my end. Complete waste of (a lot of) money.

The order took about three weeks to arrive; not what you expect when paying for delivery! I had contacted funnyfuzzy and got no response, and then raised and eBay case and the order arrived two days later. The quality of the sofa cover is cheap and nasty, but it will do while my puppy is young. I really wish I’d read the online reviews before buying.

Hi, I bought a dog bed for 109 euros a 20 days ago and it is just arrived: Very low quality for expensive price. Very bad client service, my order was missed a week ago and nobody could tell me what happened. Will not recommend to anyone.. It was my first and last experience.

I’ve sent hundreds of mails and don’t get any reply. They are not helpfull at all and don’t seem to care about making sales or their customer support.

I highly recommend reading the reviews! I ordered a backpack for our dog & wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I have emailed, tried a website chat & called countless times without success. Customer service is nonexistent with this company.

I wished I had read the reviews before I purchased this absolute pile of rubbish. Took 3 weeks to come despite many emails chasing the order. Then when it did arrive I was shocked at just how dreadful it was. I ordered two sets in different colours, neither fitted my furniture and the colour was garish, the quality downright nasty!! I have emailed and texted to get a refund address but no reply at all. Luckily I paid by PayPal, so I’ll chase the refund through them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
