THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. I purchased a dog carrier which was too small. The company has a 14-day return policy, and their website says to email for a return address. When someone finally returned my email after six days, they did not give me the address but asked me to send photos of the product. (Why, I have no idea.) I sent the photos and asked for a return address. Over a week later and after six more emails, I got the address and returned the item. I never received a refund, return email, nothing. I had to dispute the purchase through my credit card. I've never seen such horrible, unresponsive customer service. Not to mention what they did fraudulent. Awful.

BUYER BEWARE!! Garbage quality. The pillow/fill is the worst quality. It does not fit the item that you gave to assemble yourself. The colouring of this product does not match the online picture at. This product is a scam. Do not buy this product. It does not look like it will in the picture and is absolute crap.

Awful company - I returned a dog bed in June after they asked me to take a picture of it to prove I hadn’t opened it (as I got a different one) - which isn’t even in line with UK customer service rights, I returned it at my own cost and I have been fighting for a refund since. Do not trust this company!!!!

I returned an item and followed instructions. There was communication from the returns department in the beginning. But once the item was returned the communications stopped and no refund. I'm very disappointed and angry with their bad business practices. Trust has been broken.

I purchased this dog bed just a month ago, and I'm incredibly disappointed with its quality. It ripped so quickly, which is unacceptable for a product designed for dogs. I expected much better durability for the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend this dog bed to anyone looking for a long-lasting and sturdy option.

They don’t even deserve 1 star!! Item was really poor quality and not as described. They didn’t respond to emails for weeks and when they eventually did give me a returns address, I never heard off them again. Item got refunded through my credit card company. Please avoid

Een autostoel voor de hond besteld, deze was niet naar wens en wilde ik gelijk retourneren. De website geeft aan indien je wilt retourneren je een mail moet sturen naar aangegeven mailadres. Dit gedaan.. vervolgens al tientallen mails gestuurd waarbij ze zich excuseren en mij een korting van 15% aanbieden voor mijn volgende koop als ik besluit het artikel te houden. Nog steeda geen adres om mijn item te retourneren om mijn geld retour te krijgen. Dus ja ik zou zeggen niet bestellen want dit geintje heeft me 80 euro en een hoop energie gekost

BUYER BEWARE. Terrible service and No affordable option to return a missadvertised product. We ordered two dog beds that came flat with lumpy stuffing and the sizing was wrong. Had to write the company 5 times before getting a response and finally an address to return the product. It cost as much as each bed to return them so we will give them to a shelter.
