Wish I'd read this before ordering. Checked address on website but will know that this is no longer anywhere near enough. No communication, lame product, bundled up in a carrier bag on arrival (at least it did arrive), nowhere near the quality of the price (quality lower than what you could get in a out of town home shop), sure it will cost more to return it than it cost to buy. AVOID, buy from a reputable seller elsewhere!!

Ordered three pieces and only received two. After contacting them 3 times, they responded and said they were all delivered. They were not. Contacted them three more times with no response. I finally got a refund through my credit card company.

Don’t do business with this company. I ordered 2 covers which did not stay in place so I repackaged them and asked to return them for a refund. 4 emails later I still haven’t had any response.

This company ripped me off. I never received the couch cover I paid about $80 for it. I have emailed them until my fingers are sore. I have been requesting a refund to my credit card for months. I just get the run around if I get any response at all. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT order from them.

Didn't state it was direct from China so weeks to arrive. No response from the 3 contacts to customer support and now only 2 uses and the stitching is coming apart. Shocking all round

I have had a similar experience to many others and completely believe the negative reviews (I’m also suspicious of all the alleged positives reviews on these websites): long delays to receive goods, sporadic deliveries, no communication, cheaply made poor quality items, no response from company when emailed, and blatant disregard of my wishes to return the items and receive a refund (as per their advertised 14 day money back guarantee). After almost two months of emailing and waiting (and with PayPal’s help) I have finally been able to return the items to their UK holding base in Sheffield and have received a full refund. What a nightmare. It’s absolutely your choice, as a consumer, whether you wish to gamble on purchasing from this poorly-run sham of a company, I would say DON’T DO IT… but the choice is yours :)

Got my product, but it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I reached out to them for an exchange because I liked the quality of the product. They gave me a step by step on how to order what I wanted…which was exactly how I originally ordered and got the wrong item. I asked them for their return address, per their website instructions on how to return an item, and they never gave it to me. They stopped replying to my emails after I started getting insistent about having a return address for a refund. I do not recommend ordering from them unless you’re ready to stick with whatever you receive. Might I add, I paid over $100 CAD for this incorrect item.

Received items that I ordered, but when I tried to return one of the items this company ghosted me. I'm well within the 14 day return limit. But good luck finding anyone to reply to you. Save your money and buy from a reputable company.
