Avoid!!! Bought a dog coat, quality is awful, dog can’t move in it. No customer service number, just email and they keep asking for photo evidence of issue, then stop responding. No return slip in the package, so you have to go through customer service email address for returns. Product took 4 weeks to arrive but you only have 14 calendar days for return, and that’s if they agree to a return and they send you a slip, even then there is no guarantee they will accept the return and issue a refund.

Absolutely awful! Bought a sofa cover for almost £30. Described as 'thickened' and 'plush' and images matched description. In reality it was a square of thin tat that I would not pay a fiver for if I saw in a bargain shop 😡 Emails requesting return details have been totally ignored. Really disappointed.

I ordered a giant dog bed that arrived with a broken zipper. I have been trying for over a week to get customer service to send me a replacement. It is days in between communication, and the best I have gotten so far is instructions to send the defective item back at my own cost. VERY disappointed in the service.

Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this website. The items look cute but are cheaply made. I purchased the trendy pink striped dog bed in XL because the website said it was made of "High quality materials" lambswool. It took over one month to receive the bed and it is made of 100% polypropylene, a synthetic material made from plastic. I paid $164.00 for a cheap and flimsy bed. The bed has no structural integrity and the sides do not stay up because they have so little fill material.I emailed the company to request a refund, and they offered to compensate with a $17.00 discount!!! They make it extremely hard to return an item and expect you to pay for the return shipping even though they sold me a fraudulent dog bed. A complete waste of money and time.

I purchased one of their couch covers....not what I expected. Cheap quality....took 2 weeks to receive. They never tell you it is coming from China. Now hopefully PayPal gets my money back Return policy is non existent

Really poor customer service; I’ve sent three emails, a message via Facebook and filled out a contact form - haven’t had any responses since placing my order in early September. My order did arrive (pretty slow and in two separate packages and two weeks apart). The covers are acceptable but nowhere near worth what I paid for them. There are no labels on the covers and no washing instructions. I would have sent back to ask for a refund but as the company never respond I’ve given up! Avoid this company!

I ordered a rug and couch cover from them. They run too small and not true to size. I asked them for a refund or a return with an upsize where I pay the difference. After many slow-to-give replies, they led me to believe they would refund me my $$$ or let me pay the difference after going to the trouble of opening, taking pictures of the products (their request), and then repackaging and reshipping to their site in Duluth, GA. They haven't responded since I gave them my tracking # and it's been over a month. They're the kind of company that just keeps your money even after you go through all the hoops to get your money back - after they ask you to open it and even repackage it (with photos). Reached out to their social media and have been ignored as well. Unethical business practices, bad (and misleading) customer service, and they seem to be a drop shipper anyway. The quality of their products isn't that great. However, I paid money for nothing from this company.
