THIS IS A SCAM. When we received our order (Bear Ears Pet Car Safety Bed Dog Car Seat Bed Pink/ L) we were very disappointed with the quality of the product. The size is 22.5in which doesn’t match with the 23.6in width that was advertised on the website. The sewing quality was extremely poor with stitches and strings coming out of the creases. The pillows are also terrible with bad material quality and misshapen form, which was caused by the horrendously unprofessional packaging where the whole thing was jammed in an air tight bag which further degraded the quality. The website advertised a full refund, but we were not offered any full refund and were offered a $12 discount. After then, they never responded to my emails. Horrendous company that only aims to rip you off.

It is extremely difficult to get a refund from the company. When I asked for one they asked me for photos and explanation after explanation. When I did it, they still did not reply and I never got my refund. I saw on their face book posts that lots of consumers had the same issue. One customer had been trying for 4 months to get a refund. The reason for my refund was I did not like the quality of the material and it kept bunching up on the sofa ( it was a sofa cover). I think it’s extremely poor customer relations when u tell people they can get a refund and then don’t actually give them one.

I ordered a dog coat last year that unfortunately he didn't like, so I decided to return it. My order arrived quickly, but the returns process was atrocious. There were numerous unnecessary toing and froing between the customer service staff and I over months, some of the messages from them being quite patronizing. After they have exhausted their list of questions, they asked for various evidences, e.g. photo of the product, the tracking number for my parcel, which I didn't get via email (only on the package that has ripped upon opening). Clearly, they are not interested in giving you your money back. Secondly, I am somewhat skeptical about their so-called affiliation with 'social welfare projects' with the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. When I asked them about this, they completely ignored me, and I think they removed a dubious-looking Battersea-affiliated email address from the website shortly afterwards. In summary, a very shoddy experience since the delivery of the order. Buyers beware!

I needed to return the couch cover because it was too big, so I wrote them the same day I got the pack to be sure that I could do the refund (on their website refund are eligible only for 15 days from when you get your order) They answered after 2 weeks asking me for some pics to verify my request. I answered the same day and then they disappeared. I sent the first email on the 18 of September. Now I still have the cover in the package ready to be sent and no refund.

This company has not a chance of improving. The people who own this company are dishonest. They say that have a premises in South Croydon, they do not have one at the location they have given and I can say this as I sent a signed for letter there ( not signed for ) and also visited the address.

I orderd some sofa covers which i decide to return. I contacted customer service a few days after delivery, and since then I've been emailing the company for almost 2 weeks and they ignore emails and refuse to send me return instructions.

* I do not recommend this company * Slow delivery (ordered 1st Sept, received 20th Sept) * Faulty sofa cover received (faded material) * Terrible customer service/aftercare (had to chase constantly for any communication and after returning the faulty product only received a PARTIAL refund on 11th Oct)

I bought a couple of sofa throws one of which was ruined pretty quickly by pet claws, and neither of which stayed flat, so I binned them. Waste of money, I wouldn't have written a review here but they are not displaying the review I wrote on their website.
