The backpack I ordered for my dog did not have the same dimensions as what was described so I needed to return it. It was almost $100 and they offered me a 10% ($10!!!) refund and I could keep the backpack. What the heck do I need with a backpack too small for my pet?SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I asked for a refund after I received the product later than anticipated and decided I no longer needed it. So far, the company has refused to let me return it for a full refund. There is NO phone number to call and it takes days for them to respond via email. The website says they will refund the products if not opened and the request is less than 2 weeks after receipt, but they have been very recalcitrant and their last response was to omit a full refund as an option. DO NOT buy any of their products unless you know you want to keep them!

SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT! This company says it offers a 14 day return policy.. IT DOES NOT EVEN IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED. The company is based in China and the products are substandard and not fit for purpose. I have contacted them numerous times to request a return and refund but they delay and delay and aren't willing to provide a return address.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAMMERS I ordered a dog bed and wanted to return it within the 14 days of receipt as per their policies. It's been THREE MONTHS and even though I've sent back the item (tracked, and have confirmation of receipt) they have not yet refunded me and have gone completely silent on me. This is just a scam company, I'd avoid.

Items were different sizes to the ones I ordered, and despite emailing them several times to try and return them, I have had no luck. Scam company that says one thing and does another.

I have cancelled a purchase and have been requesting customer service refund for months now, without any luck. This company is a scam, I am deeply disappointed.

I purchased product from Funny Fuzzy which didn't meet my expectations. I promptly returned the items (following their exact instructions) and have been patiently waiting for reimbursement. The company has been unresponsive and ghosted my communications. I have not received any response or indication that my issue is being addressed since they’ve accepted the return. I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before making a purchase, as the lack of responsiveness and failure to provide a promised reimbursement have left me deeply dissatisfied with my overall experience.
